WHY DO GUYS ASK FOR PHONE NUMBERS AND DONT CALL?

1.) smart , pretty , work..i dont get.,the reasons why dont give number out avoid problem--its same guys, tell me im pretty , should have boyfriend, or why myself--- , then--i give in , give number out--thinking if guy thinks im pretty , should have boyfriend maybe should give shot--then hear nothing him ever--no call ---no text????? happens time forgot..

fyi--when beg number dont mean groveling --what mean is: these guys neighborhood run them like--on way work--or grocery shopping..i never have begging number--but when im ready , let guards down --they end playing me not calling --what cat , mouse game or kind of test. please men answer (why this) , women (does happen you) please help.

2.) in relation question 1, if start talking guy--why "relationship"--used loosely..only last week or two..never had relationship lasted more month..and, no im not doing provactive or promiscuous --within months time getting know 1 few dates , kisses grow couple--
either cant guys call may have had crush on me , clear me or call , cant keep them or hold interest?? it? , why ?? please honest men why guys please no rude comments , women can relate either question , if do, how handle .

adult--(over 18 , 21) if chemistry there show interest , more things romatically if there's chemistry , if him make time call , text , touchy feely if theres chemistry--i dont know many people have 3 month rule..basically 2012--not many people anymore im not whore either want successful relationship , make time them hard when after beg --i give in--then im 1 looking stupid , alone..?? example, after guy asked number ask him "are gonna call.. honsetly??--i know sounds weird , desperate, pushing him call me happens time--and he's 1 wanted me not other way around --thats how happens me when have "are gonna call me" sounds pathetic..maybe there number instead,,,,this happens frequently
