Very intense, vivid dream? The meaning?

laying down, when had stabbing sensation every time heart beat. agonizing couldn't move, or breathe. think lack of breath why couldn't scream when wanted to, or maybe in shock pain couldn't. sent me half-asleep state still concious of torturous heartbeat, , kept trying determine whether dreaming or having heart attack. convinced was, time.

when woke completely, stabbing feeling in heart remained minute, gradually reducing in intensity until faded completely.
