My eyes are always irritated, dry and annoying.?

have had problem while now. whenever in school or out in public (mall, etc.) eyes red , irritated. have squint , @ ground lot because dry. try use drops irritation. not know problem is. wear contacts.

also, when wear glasses instead of contacts, eyes blood shot , like...half closed. odd , annoying.
