How would you fix a 2005 yamaha ttr 125 dirtbike with no compression?

hi ive got 2005 yamaha ttr 125 dirtbike bought kids. bought bike brand new yamaha shop, , ridden on summer has around 30hours ride time @ , parked 2 years in insulated building wood floor in it. went start , suspected wouldn't start carb , fuel tank , fuel valve clogged took gas tank off cleaned out gas put fresh gas in, cleaned carb , float needle , main jet , idle jet put together, cleaned fuel valve put together. changed oil , added new plug , bike still wouldn't start. know plug gettin gas because when crank on plug wet gas , reason cranks trys backfire out of carburetor, , once when cranking on blew carb off engine , big fire ball came out of it. piston workin , down checked see if had compression thumb , wouldn't blow finger off hole me doesn't seem has compression @ all. can't figure out bike same in new condition. cranked on , on , on , on , not start. looked @ valves , working , down way supposed @ point im not sure wrong it. me think not gettin enough compression don't see how have lost when did run perfect before parked can't see how would've messed up. motors not locked or anything. aslo cleaned choke plunger , plug getting spark nice bright blue spark. know problem be? if tell me id appreciate fixed kids christmas , on fixing appreciated merry christmas again
