How do normal Canadians see homeless people in cities?

problem homelessness never, ever end. ever. government , private agencies can shell out millions shelters etc, , never end. why? because vancouver's temperate climate more hospitable (temperature wise) homelessness.

also, assume homelessness not choice absolutely untrue. tons of people choose homeless, aware many not make choice. teenagers kicked out of homes or abused, people addicted drugs , alcohol, etc. choose not help, have no pity them. have empathy want don't know turn. once saw homeless person sign said "can me job?" impressed me. didn't want money or food or anything; wanted job. not homeless people want help. want buy alcohol or next high. i've bought homeless person coffee before , poured out in front of me , said "i don't f***ing want this! want money!" in other words, wants high or drunk.


homelessness exists anywhere , everywhere. don't think detracts new immigrants. homeless people aren't everywhere in city, it's not it's unsafe. people still visit, visit nyc, la, etc of have homeless populations.

are not worried getting widespread near x'mas season?

think scare new immigrants or friendly visitors on world?
