report non-payment, opening case guarantee money or @ least ebay fees returned. has few days respond or ebay assist getting matter resolved. had non-payment , after 5 days reported it...got payment next day. make sure leave them negative feed back, don't bid if can't pay.

first time i've had non payer advice help.
sold item 10 days ago,contacted buyer , assured me payment soon.
i'm preety sure he's got no intention of paying rather pursuit him i'd rather relist item before xmas,what's best way this?
