Am I the only one that doesn't like corriander in Indian or Asian food?
coriander interesting because gives insight way human body works , why people dont foods when young grow them when older.
if have never had coriander before taste soap. revolting really. more eat less tastes nasty , should find lot , can't understand why never did before.
in places commonly used in cooking people not remember yuck stage @ all, have been eating more or less since baby it. adults have consciously go through bad bit good.
body needs time adjust. picky kids , fussy adult eaters @ at stage lot of foods. have never been made eat wide variety of food when young, on limited diet of foods find acceptable , need lot of overcome problem. bear in mind story if come across them - may bit more sympathetic. forcing food on them not help. need introduced tiny tastes of food dont , adjustment done. example if dont tomato bit of puree in step one, bit more time after , on. each step can take while!
