I can no longer submit comments to yahoo.news articles.?

sorry cannot give solution, having same problems exactly. seem intermittentt though, can see comment boxes, other times cannot , when clicking "make comment" takes me top of article page.
hope comes along explanation soon.

i can no longer submit comments yahoo.news articles. there icon shows page loading entire time article on screen. when click on reply icon screen goes top of page , have no reply window.
