Why don't spiders, snakes, gators or scorpions bite contestant on TV shows?

first, of these critters not bite unless threatened or provoked in manner.
none of snakes in pit have been dangerous, laws forbid that.
girl may have been bitten, insignificant ignore bites.
had pet gopher snake bite finger time time, , let it. doesn't hurt, doesn't cause injury, sort of funny really.
can play scorpions day , not stung unless threatened or provoked.
same alligators, these have found unpredictable. can gentle kitten 1 minute want bite seemingly without provocation next.
spiders, scorpions, can play day long, trap 1 between fingers or against skin, bite if capable.(most cant bite)

i watching killer karaoke , girl dropped in pit of live snakes, despite jumping around never bitten, same guy stood in tub of 20 scorpions in kiddy pool gator. how made them stay docile?
