Should I be drinking coffee at 13?

don't know if it's healthy drinking coffee if i'm 13.
sleeping schedule has been mess, before started drinking coffee, don't think has huge effect on that.
obviously, other people age, love drink starbucks, & things isn't problem. parents have cup of coffee every morning, & every morning too. want stop because coffee isn't healthy literally cannot stop drinking it. matter of fact, finished cup of iced coffee made.
mom & dad don't me drink either... huge headache after drink coffee (like right now, head killing me) shake off.
tips on how stop?
