Internet browsers aren't opening?

1 day using google chrome, preferred browser, until on 26th, wouldn't open clicked shortcut , wouldn't open, thought uninstall , re-install, uninstalled , clicked chrome setup.exe start install nothing happens. when in program files google folder made, doesn't contain google chrome application. thought i'll try again day. click internet explorer, doesn't load, click safari in turn doesn't load. how solve problem.

p.s not have anti virus know websites should , shouldn't go on
