yes, long take same precautions in western europe or anywhere else. watch bag, aware of surroundings, don't out drunk @ night, etc.
it's lovely part of world nice people , beautiful architecture!

going europe next year , im planning spend 1 week in few east european cities. i've been europe twice i've set foot in west europe, wonder around munich, vienna late @ night no problems @ all. can same said warsaw/prague etc?
