How to cure my soda addiction?

on course of 2 months, i've become addicted soda. not diet, regular. , have been drinking 1 or 2 day, , when drink two, thats 400 calories , 100 grams of sugar right there. i'm 15, don't buy it, it's parents. when it's in house, feel need drink some. wasn't problem until began noticeably gain weight.
