Can somebody please help me with my flexibility?
need stretch regualarly. have problem has got better. try , touch ur toes standing legs , apart. not bend , feel stretch. search on google stretches on appropriate parts of body. thing time consuming friend learnt how spilts (not full bt pretty good) in month , half. don't push hard cuz thats how u hurt urself, other friend off partically school year when did legs muscle warm (jogging)
i under average in flexibility in legs , , pretty impatience person. can above average or average in leg , flexibility give me tips, please? love able kick leg(s) , splits, etc. answers appreciated! thank you!
