Bloated belly, stabbing pain ?

last week or stomach getting bigger, more bloated everyday. in eating less , doing sit ups try , flatten belly it's not working tonight have excruciating pain on side of belly it's hurts can't walk ! it's horrible don't know brought on ? haven't been eating different, did have burping contest friend wouldn't think make belly painful, it's stabbing me !? do?
