Ballet dancers only: Will I ever be able to start pointe?!?

i'm 13, , i've been dancing ballet, tap , jazz little on year. i'm not great, love it. anyways, have flat feet, , teacher told me can't pointe (like, ever) because have literally no arches. know can't start pointe while anyways, there way can build arches? exercises? anything? please because want on pointe someday. please help!
p.s. if helps, i'm 5"0 , 81 lbs. , can't run.
