What do the numbers on my glasses perscription mean?

i've had glasses since 2nd grade, i'm in 8th grade. having trouble seeing board mom took me eye test. didn't , got new perscription. when got home asked mom show me. showed me old , new ones. think new 1 thicker i'm not sure. never saw glasses perscription before , realized don't know numbers mean.
old (may 2012) od -6.50 -1.50 75 os -5.75 -1.75 110
new (yesterday) od -8.00 -1.00 85 os -7.50 -1.50 105
