Please help with a reoccurring dream i have ?

plane crashes in london can see , hear plane go down can see people panicking , running around can hear people talking saying happened on tube station or train station ,the train never goes home town or no way near home stranded or looking way home ,i can hear people talking me asking has happened can see terror in there face on there trains ok me on train home ends being miles away , i'm stranded again ,this has been happening on , off on year , same thing plane crashes city london ...only once was in beach house looking out sea see , hear plane plummet see plane crash sea , people struggling go house seems further , further away beach/sea , cannot reach them



know has nothing plane crashes etc bugging me , not nice feeling when wake i.e bad dream type feeling
