How do I stop thinking about what people say about my religion?

i'm religious catholic when people (typically atheist), says mean there's no god or religion false , believe science has answers. again, there's things science can't explain. when mean person rants religion, upsets me or saying against religion or tries shake faith, offends , disturbs me or makes me feel uncomfortable , can't out of head because don't think live without faith in christianity.
