CAN I SUE NISSAN DEALER?

3 months ago me , wife brought 2012 nissan sentra 15,990, excited buy before went dealer. while there saw car front , started talking person selling car. decided trade in our ford explorer, nissan dealer gave 1000 , used down payment, bad had happen, while in nissan dealer car suppose trade in (ford explorer) got towed away marshall's, wife started crying, make long story short, got car same hour paying marshall's 700 dollars not realizing , there nissan dealer boosted price of car 15,990 16,999 because took advantage of cause of happened towing bullshit , wasn't in right state of mind, not charged 1,050 destination fee (meanwhile on used cars there no destination fee), 2,500 unknown charge, car had sticker said "car fax clean title 1 owner" meanwhile in accident. yes did sign without reading contract until last week when @ ford dealer trying trade in nissan sentra ford edge dealer had said car been in accident, on charged 1000, charged 1,050 destination fee, found out last week when trade in car. question did scammed , there can do? please let me know
