1996 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 extra cab base model brake problem, spongy brakes? Please help?

got 1996 original low miles 52,000 on whole truck cab, has 318 v8 magnum in , base model not slt 5 speed manual tranny , 4x4. love truck , ve replaced alot of parts in braking system master cylinder, front disk rotors, rear drum rotors , front , rear brake pads wagner ceramics , rear wheel cylinders bled brakes 5 times , still same problem spongy brakes not have solid feel should buddy has same truck 97 slt 4x4 loaded auto tranny , 5.9 l 360 v8 magnum , has 125,000 miles , has solid brakes not whistle, , feel spongy while pushing on pedal. next step replace brake booster , have brand new part fix problem or abs issue? want brakes feel safe , solid can brake confidence. please let me know spongy brake problem be, thank taking time answer question.
