What's healthy for Thanksgiving?
turkey , veggies you. stay away carbs breads,rolls,buns , biscutes. if there friut go rather ice cream or cakes. don't drink sods empty calories. , hour after dinner encourage take nice half hour walk you.
thanksgiving tomorrow , i'm trying stay healthy. white turkey ok eat? or other foods mashes potatoes , jello? foods served during thanksgiving healthy enough eat??
