What have I done to my ribs!! IN SO MUCH PAIN!?

past 2 days front ribs on left side have been killing , when feel them hurt bottom 2 pain. can't laugh/ cough/ sneeze , barely breathe. not point blank going docs i'm going hospital on 4th on jan next year ultrasound on nerve tumour in leg. besides there's nothing can do.
bruised? cracked not muscle actual bone. can barley of sofa hurts up! appreciated thanks
