Terrible pain in the back lower right side of my head (very serious) please help :'(?

beginning little nagging pain, 3 days ago, began getting small pains in lower right side of head (on base of skull before neck). did not occur , lasted few seconds. more aggravating anything. happening , painful. feels violently shoving thumb head. pain not last long during each "poke" happens every few minutes , hurts badly. scariest thing happens each time pain, whole body momentarily shuts down. passing out few seconds. know going on me? know should see doctor, started new job in october , not insurance until have been there 90 days. please respond explanation of problem be. scared.
