take last question first. yes, spirits , demons real, though difficult prove. since spirits live in own world, cannot detect them our physical senses. can detect how powerful spirits interact our world, though, , can show existence. there many believe spirits not exist, because have never seen them. these same people tell air exists, though haven't seen either. can see how air interacts environment, though (we can breathe it, feel wind, etc.), , in way know of existence. same true of spirits.

far ouija board concerned, neither nor bad. depends on how use it. if use teach three-year-old letters , numbers, being put use. if use attempt contact , communicate spirits, however, can bad indeed, if unlucky enough contact evil spirit, or demon, , said demon takes unhealthy interest in you. inviting demon midst can bring frightening , dangerous -- , in rare cases fatal -- change life. wouldn't recommend it.
