Nice kitchen designs?

we're getting new house , i'm iffy kitchen. know there's been recent craze dark brown cupboards , love them. went design center , liked espresso cupboards, white brown granite countertops, , white/grey/brown backsplash i'm worried of out of style let's 3 years down road. white cupboards no no although beautiful! we're indian , tumeric powder essential indian cuisine yellow , staining. have light cupboards atm , ones beside stove have slight yellow tint them.

ideas? help?
