My downstairs neighbor keeps putting his trash bin on my driveway and slamming his door that shakes my place?

neighbor detective (cop) , driveway around corner parks many cars (including in garage). drive way right outside doorstep. door right next mine. has cross driveway driveway or can go through laundry room, has door directly driveway. every puts trash bin on driveway have either move or puts in grass , leaves days after trash has been picked up.

super annoying. plus hate having move trash bin out of driveway. talking him seems useless because seems big jerk , i'd door slammed in face or "yea ok whatever".

has girlfriend , whenever leaves or they're fighting , leaves slams door hard scares dog , shakes our apartment floor.

90% of time girlfriend parks car before our driveway in street in grass. isnt big issue, if she's going in , out of place she'll park in our driveway. 10-20 minutes @ time.

it's not big deal parks there, find think own place , they're being inconsiderate.
