consider acting school/program - quality 1 requires audition in , has instructors strong reputations. school not improve skills, prepare industry well. plus it's way start network , make contacts essential finding out opportunities in industry.

if don't go school - you'll have find way training, experience, understanding , contacts you'll need have successful career.

how tv works casting director writes "breakdown" (description of role). breakdowns released talent agents , managers (not general public or actors). talent agents go through breakdowns , submit clients appropriate roles , work them auditions.

, can't go out , hire agent. agents paid percentage of clients make. (never pay agent front.) since agents paid if clients paid, picky take on clients. , can afford picky because there lot more people wanting actors there roles.

luck.
