Help?! I want to study abroad, but.....?

come poor family.
parents try give siblings , can, don't have sufficient money....

been dream of mine study abroad, know competition fierce , universities abroad prefer students high marks , whom come wealthy families can afford education.

honest, days feel dumb dreaming of studying abroad.
(i'm az in us, if makes of difference)

i've been told asking or country want study abroad in financial assistance or scholarship quite hopeless, no matter how high marks.

should give on goal of mine , instead go university in u.s (outside of az) or continue on doing can abroad dream of mine?
