Can a pilot wear contact lenses or glasses?

i've been wearing both professional pilot 30 years , eyes worse yours. in countries, enough vision obtain medical certificate. aware, however, when applying airlines, other things being equal such education, licenses , experience, if there choice between pilot wears corrective lenses , 1 doesn't, guess 1 chosen?

i want commercial pilot have short sightedness of 0.75... can tell me can wear contact lense or glasses ..... love pilot....?? thanks
