Are my heels too inappropriate for work? Pics included.?

hi there, started work @ financial services company @ 1 of offices in high rise building, , wear 4 5 inch closed toe heels work. can handle being in them day i'm used , don't have pain (unless lots of walking), know if they're work appropriate. wear pencil skirt reaches bit under knees, blouse, , blazer work, or black suit-like dress blazer (very corporate looking) , never reveal 'too much'. here following shoes:

overall, okay these shoes? know can considered tall, don't cause me pain unless walk blocks, , stand straight , force myself have posture in order prevent issues occurring. thanks!
