5'9, 136 lbs , don't consume on 1000 calories? i'm sorry unhealthy, putting @ calorie deficiency below more 1000 calories. because @ 5'9 , 136 lbs , calorie maintenance should around 2100-2300 calories day(basically means how many calories need consume maintain weight). healthy number of calories subtract 200-500 calories, put @ state of calorie deficiency(the way body loses weight). highly suggest add more food diet, body physically needs more operate on. 136lbs pretty dang weight 5'9, i'm still confused goals are? anyways, if you're trying stay fit cardio perfect, add more food diet , should fine. try eat gram of protein every lb weigh, , keep fats half or little less of bodyweight. rest of calories should go carbohydrates...
