What is this error code yahoo and why is there not answer for this CMT-AJ-CPS-FALR and it is not my computer?

thank answer may write long time , have reviewed notes comment , not work , because have lazarus can go , try hours later , comment still not post , happens every time come here lately @ different times of day , while others comments being posted different parts of country happening here time , has never happened me until came east coast---yahoo bunch of idiots cannot contacted anywhere , if know have site down tell before invest time comment not going post---ever ---

this error code every other time try comment on yahoo lately , not happen on other sites
