Saving and going for pilot training.?

hi guys,i got a-levels,well graduate of high school maths,physics,design , technology @ main principles , gp,french @ subsidary levels.my aim go pilot training,well right 18 years(2 months ago got 18 years old).am job save training,my question is,do guys advise me doing 24 years old start training,those did this,how did manage remmember a-level stuffs.i dealing trouble of choosing between taking loan or saving money.if go loan must have real hard time paying off loan in case unemployed right after training(normally that's case) or if go work , save afraid might forget a-levels , have hard time understand things while training pilot license.help me please(sensible comments mature , experienced people please)thanks.
