If you could make the 28th Amendment to the Constitution, what would it be?

government shall not institute income tax, , put in place central bank (federal reserve). central bank, , few wealthy bankers puts economic security of consumers @ risk, when bankers rise inflation rates (increases money supply, devalues currency , causes increased prices). few wealthy men shall not enrich @ middle class's expense controlling rise/fall of interest rates. public shall not manipulated corrupt central bank in hands of few wealthy individuals.
