How to fix a dry house?

if have central heating (hot forced air) can add humidifier duct work hydrate air , home. if not, can buy 1 of ultrasonic humidifiers room. keep on couple towels area around them tends wet. have mess setting until balance of moisture in air. , run risk of mold.

if house dry mold not likely.

additional: years ago had supplemental heat (a kerosene heater) , i'd place pan of water on top of it. heat heater elevate temperature of water enough cause greater evaporation. moisture in air made house more comfortable.

my family moved place, air dry husband , have constant headaches. feels massive amount of pressure building in our heads. husband has been getting nose bleeds it. whats best ways moisture air ?thank you..
