How can I get people to notice me and my music?

i've been writing songs since 10, , singing before that. recently, i've started putting music lyrics guitar. music passion, , it's been dream perform, i'm shy , hate getting in front of crowds. i've put videos on youtube of doing covers songs, afraid put music up. don't want people hate it. anyways,any advice on how noticed great. know i'll have rid of fear, still need help.
