Why is my 3 year old all of sudden drawing on walls?

daughter turned 3 2 weeks ago; 3 days ago started drawing on our walls. shes been using pens , crayons since 9 months old , loves draw; shes never tried put on wals (sometimes on herself never anywhere else), shes never drew on table. being tested being on sensory spectrum (seeker) goes in evaluation on 12th. ideas on why start of sudden? way stop it? ive taken away colors (she used keep in room color if didn't want take nap (she still had have quiet time) give them when im coloring her. still found pen , drew on wall morning laughing while did it. stopped after few strokes again causing of sudden? why go using paper , using correctly drawing on walls? how can make stop? phase?
