communism , capitalism not 2 extremes wrongly , popularly believed. capitalists pay taxes , communists weigh salaries, prices on basis of utility. there mixed economy , term americans misuse heal hurt ego.

there various degrees in between variations in
1. public sectors - health/food/education/defense/energy / water ( note slashes)
2. banks - reserve ratios, rates stability, credit , mortgage regulations
3. market intervention - subsidies, minimum wages, price flooring , ceilings, subsidies.
4. structure of taxation
5. ownership of factors viz. land, machinery, natural resources
6. state debt regulations . - individuals/companies/ foreign entities/ foreign governments
7. job assurance , inflation control
8. stock exchange activities.
