What lizard should I get?

wanted water dragon, im looking other options because heard stinky , tempermental. open suggestions on lizard should get. have both 10gallon tank , 50 gallon tank, 50 gallon long not tall planing on alttering chinese water dragon tall anyway either desertor tropical fine. want lizard semi-docile, sit on shoulder if walk around house , has fun personaliy. ive looked chameleons, such veiled chameleon, , jackson chameleon says require mesh tank have glass 1 mesh side. have mountain horned dragon @ time (sort of mini chinese water dragon) , have had leopard geckos, bearded dragons , crested geckos quiet experienced. not want beardie have been looking eastern collared lizard. , no snakes (even though want 1 im nnot allowed). suggestions both 10 , 50 gallon appreciated.
