Should I keep him home from school?

son 7. today hour after picked him y-care, felt going vomit. unfortunately traveling @ time , pulled on twice because urge intense. complaining of headache. nothing happened @ time, moment got home (about 30 minutes after nausea began), did throw up. however, wasn't much. gave him bath, children's tylenol , piece of dry toast. after finished toast, hungry. made him wait 40 minutes see if keep down, , did. gave him 3 more pieces of toast on next 90 minutes, , kept of down. has been 2.5 hours since first ate, , he's had no problems - no headache, no nausea, nada. it's been 3 hours since he's had tylenol.

there no fever. hour ago galloping on place nothing had happened in first place. had no problems going sleep, though i've covered pillow towel , placed clean bucket bed "just in case."

here's problem: send him school?

i'm torn. on 1 hand, threw up. on other hand, threw once , had no other issues since then. have been anything. had developed fever or been acting funny, keeping him home without second thought. don't know if should play safe or assume ate or maybe stress.
