My company wants me to create and manage a company Facebook page, should I ask for a raise?

i've seen businesses hire new person manage fb page, or bring in intern, or @ least part-time employee. support 100 users across 10 locations myself. confident can build fb page hit, managing of said page concerns me. seems lot of work. should ask raise? or possibly type of incentive reward attracting "likes"?
