Math teacher hates me.What should I do?

i'm in 8th grade , new nath teacher hates me (i hate him :) ).it started when had 3rd class him .i arrived 2 minutes after him , when entered in class excused myself being late , went in place . stopped me , asked else should , didn't know refering to,then kept me 10 minutes infront of , telling me i'm uneducated , stupid , bla bla bla. got nervous , started crying.he made me feel bad next classes had him , making jokes weight , skin problems. @ first test , grade 9.48 10 , in our country grades aproximated 9.5 10 . gave points , 3 points didn't want give me 0.02 points have 10 not 9 . continued make jokes me. 1 week ago , had important test 1 quarter of our final grade. time , got 8.40!!but knew have done correct.so went him ask have done wrong , why took 8.40 , told me give me more points didn't want .i started crying when heard , told me stop faking crying ( didn't !! )and again , started making fun of me. bad , unfair!!and isn't teacher.until , teached 2 lessons.and @ tests , gives hard problems didn't show how them in class.he doesn't come our classes , when comes, doesn't teach anything.he plays sudoku or corrects tests other classes , tell make exercises book.my mother spends 300€ month private maths lessons because our math teacher doesn't teach .how think should solve problem have math teacher??at least want make him stop making fun of me , being unfair.
