I'm Renting A House For The First Time. When Am I Supposed To Get Electricity?

after sign lease contact appropriate companies supplying utilities , make arrangements day want them. make sure give correct date , make person @ utility company repeat read form screen. electric bill should name change of paying (meaning no 1 comes out turn on) , cable or internet should arrangement people have access installation of equipment , cables etc (or used be). electric company might want deposit if paying same utility @ old address may forgo deposit or make lower (not make arrangement).

i'm not sure when i'm supposed electricity , internet connection. do after sign lease or after move in?
