When I pick the 11th fret on the first string I get a high E off the 12th fret. The fret is too low. solution?

1st string on 11th fret metal low , hear when pick note there high e on 12 fret. moment put piece of tape there on metal strip between 11th , 12th fret , happens same problem on 10th fret. i'll pick note on 10th fret , note 11th fret. guitar ibanez rga72tqm

how should fix this?
bought guitar new off website similar music 123 or sweetwater. think they'll take back?
