Really very slow PC need help?? Urgent?

pc running real slow 2 days ago. tried cleaning registry, filtering start services cleaning antivirus(avast). nothing seems work. pc slow hell. when boot pc " windows starting up" screen takes bout 3 minutes change "welcome". , after booting pc running slowly. mouse pointer moves in slow motion. if had open double click move kitchen , have glass of water , when return voila folder opened(but annoying -_-). please me might cause annoying. best answer given 10 points.
ps: haven't installed new too. pc same 2 days earlier.
, took me several minutes have ques on yahoo coz still using pc.
