How to fix HDD not found(Seagate Barracuda 7200.14)?

built pc , has ssd , hdd. put windows 7 on ssd. didnt plug in hdd until after windows 7 installed. after finished downloading shut computer off , plugged in hdd wont find it. checked had connected(like mouse,keyboards,ssd etc) , turned out there not in use. unplugged sata connector , still didn't work. appreciated.
