Horrible weed high's?

hey, 2 times i've smoked weed have been terrible experiences me.
first time, few weeks ago, smoked bowl or 2 of weed , 10 minutes later head spinning bad, hearing distorted , felt really inebriated.. experience bad thought oh must one-off thing. next time, day ago, @ party, smoked bowl or 2 of different weed (not same weed had been catalyst of prior bad experience) , had same experience much, worse, had go toilets because felt out of head needed sit down , not kicked out of venue, there no way i'd of been able talk or react anything. head spinning tremendously, felt out of body , had no control on mind. literally trying each minute until high over. can't explain how horrible experiences because mind , hard express how messed psychologically @ time.. apparently during trip in bathroom up-to 2-3 hours, presumably falling in , out of sleep. time felt ready leave bathroom party over.

know why i'm having such recurring horrible experiences? safe won't smoking weed long long time because theres no way i'm going through trips again...
