Fitness question? My ankles are killing me when I run.?

alot of running, 3 miles day. lately though, ankles have been killing me, knees too. point had off of running. bought me pair of running shoes support flat feet, ankles still hurting. advice? i'm 23. 5'10 , 170. i've ran. don't know if cold weather or what. taped ankles didn't last long. no circulation once started running lol. worth shot guess.
