What is the cause of my horrendous daily migraines?


range of things set off including foods, stress, @ computer screen long , not enough sleep.

improves 8 hours of sleep, eating (less sugar, fat, more fruit , veg), drinking plenty of fluids, limiting time @ computer screen , regular exercise. there other causes don't believe they're relevant.

should careful when taking painkillers well. try stick paracetamol, aspirin or ibuprofen. don't mix them common cause of episodes well.

i migraines every day , painful. i'm 18 , in first year @ uni used them before came. whilst have these migraines forehead feels bruised on right hand side hurts behind eye too. advice great.
